Read previewFiona Harvey claimed that Piers Morgan paid her £250 ($313) to interview her about "Baby Reindeer," and said she wants £1 million ($1.25 m) from him instead. But Harvey denied doing that in real life and described Gadd as "psychotic" during a 54-minute long interview on "Piers Morgan Uncensored." After previously saying she felt "used" by Morgan, in an interview with the Daily Record published on Tuesday, Harvey criticized Morgan's show for paying her £250. Harvey also claimed that the broadcaster didn't interact with her while she was on the "Piers Morgan Uncensored" set. Representatives for "Piers Morgan Uncensored" responded to a request for comment from BI by pointing toward Tuesday's episode of the ITV chatshow, "Lorraine."

Stocks are vulnerable to a stagflation or hard landing rebound, says Bank of America's Michael Hartnett. AdvertisementStock markets face downturn risk if stagflation or recession anxiety re-materializes, Bank of America's top global strategist Michael Hartnett wrote on Tuesday. "Sentiment not at 'close-eyes-and-sell' levels but risk assets vulnerable to more evidence of stagflation," he noted in the bank's latest Global Fund Manager Survey. Although outlooks have since calmed, stagflation seemed like a growing possibility last month, when estimate-beating inflation data eclipsed shallow first-quarter GDP. Stagflation may have some part to play, as inflation remains the leading tail risk, while fears of an "economic hard landing" grew stronger.

Disney Why we own it: We value Disney for its best-in-class experiential entertainment Parks business, which has proven to have immense pricing power. In the second quarter, the combined business — Disney+, India's Disney+ Hotstar, Hulu and ESPN+ — saw losses of $18 million, far better than the $659 million loss in the year-ago period. DTC profitability benefited from Disney+ core subscriber growth, higher retail subscription prices, increased advertising revenue on the back of higher impressions, and lower distribution costs.
